BOOKING DETAILS

To book with us we require 30% deposit of the total price payable at the booking time. The further remaining amount, must be received 4 weeks before departure date. Late payment will not guarantee your dates and you could be at risk of losing your booking. We also require a £250 deposit payable with the final payment. This is a deposit we hold to cover any breakages and damages that may have been caused to the villa and its contents during your stay. We also ask that the villa be left in a similar state to how you found it. We do not expect you to fully clean the villa when you leave, but to be of a reasonable and satisfactory state that my agent finds acceptable. After you leave she inspects the property and alerts us of any misdemeanours. Once we are satisfied that everything is ok we refund the deposit usually within a two week period.

SERVICES PROVIDED

CLEANING AND MAID SERVICE

All linens are provided - bedlinen, bath and hand towels. Pool/beach towels are not provided. The towels from the villa must not be used as pool towels. There is a maid service once a week, more if the client requests so.

GARDENERS

Our gardens are maintained once a week by a team called CANDO JARDIM. They have their own keys and are normally very discreet so as to avoid any inconvenience to our guests. They normally spend 1-2 hours at our villa.

POOL

Sebastien cleans the pool once a week. He too has his own keys and access. He normally spends an hour a week at our villa.
